A party is defined as more than 5 guests at one time. If you plan to bring 5 guests at one time, please let the club know in advance, as a courtesy to other members and our staff. Health Dept. requirements of swimmer /guard ratios are strictly enforced.

Party Procedures:

1. All parties must be scheduled in advance with the club manager.
   
2. Parties are available Monday through Saturday. No Sunday parties.
   
3. Only members may host parties at the pool. An Adult member must be present for the entire party.
   
4. Guests must follow all club rules and lifeguard instructions.
   
5. Members are responsible for their guests' behavior and compliance.
   
6. Only one party per time slot. Weekday parties may be scheduled from 1pm -5 pm, Saturday parties may begin at 10:00am. After swim team ends its practices in July, weekday parties may begin earlier.
   
7. You may set up your party 30 minutes before it begins. You are responsible for cleaning up your trash. Large parties, or busy time slots may require you to set up in the playground area.
   
8. No games should be played under the pavilion. This includes piñatas, pin the tail on the donkey, etc. You may use the play area or front yard for those activities.
   
9. Parties are scheduled for 2 hours with just cake and ice cream or for 3 hours if food from the Hut will be used.
   
10. Food from the Hut must be ordered in advance, and cancelled 48 hours in advance if necessary. Please schedule that with the Hut manager.
    
11. No part of the club is reserved solely for the use of parties.
    
12. The end time for your party must be strictly adhered to. We expect all guests to be gone and the area clear within 30 minutes of the party end time.
    
13. Night parties need to have the pavilion clear by 7:00 so that our regular nightly clean up can begin.
    
14. All party decorations must be removed before leaving the pool area.
